PRODUCTION AREA
Lombardy - higher Oltrepò hills
Commune of Montalto Pavese 390 m asl.

VINEYARD PASSIRÉ
Plot no. 59 0. - 0, 27 hectares planted 100%. Riesling South-east exposure Mainly calcareous soils.The plants are grown with Guyot pruning with a density of 600 vines per hectare.

HARVEST / VINIFICATION
Manual, careful selection of the grapes, during the first days of December after having previously cut the grape bearing branches towards the end of September in late September. they undergo crio-maceration, pressing, then are left to ferment during the winter until spring.the wine is then stored in stainless steel vats.

BOTTLING / AGING
Normally after 3/4 years after harvest with a further six months in the bottle.

BOTTLE / PACKAGING
Renano transparent glass 500 ml bottles, with natural cork closure individually packed in boxes of 6.

TASTING
Visual description: deep amber with golden hues.

Bouquet: particularly intense with a fruity and floral bouquet, nuances of apricot jam, peaches, dry chamomile and jasmine.

Palate: very sweet although with a pleasant citric freshness. We rediscover the jam with hints of exotic fruits and hydrocarbons.

Serving Temperature: 10°/12 ° C

Food Pairing: given its sweet structure, it has a priority with pastries in general But also happy to be drunk with blue cheeses and patè fois 'tossed' with sultan raisins.
