MONSALTUS VINEYARD
Plots n. 88, 89, 90 of 0.85 Hectares of Riesling 100%, clone Heinz 65 Mosel.Facing towards the northeast, the soil is typically well drained limestone and chalk.The plants are grown with Guyot pruning with a density of 5200 vines per hectare.

HARVEST / VINIFICATION
Manual in the second week of September maceration with the skins for 8/10 hours and subsequent soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in small vats.

BOTTLING / AGING
The following March after the harvest It is marketed after 30 days and can be enjoyed at Its best.

BOTTLE / PACKAGING
Green Renano bottles with Stelvin caps vertical boxes of 6.

TASTING
Visual description: full golden yellow, with abundant green hues.

Bouquet: fresh with hints of hawthorn, elder, yellow and citrus fruits.

Palate: initially a crisp-savoury impact, followed by soft, warm sensations, an excellent finish.

Serving Temperature: 4°/6 ° C

Food Pairing: Food Pairing Wine of good complexity of both taste and aroma, It is well matched with pasta dishes such as risotto with pumpkin and creamy gorgonzola,traditional balsamic vinegar, shellfish in sauce and Breme onion and rennet apple crepes.
